Please join us in Park City on July 11-12 for the 2011 UAHPERD Annual Conference at the Yarrow Hotel and Conference Center. It will be an exciting and meaningful two-day event with keynote speakers, breakouts, and time to enjoy and explore Park City venues for physical activity and recreation.
The group room rate for the conference is $80 for single and $100 for double. This special rate will be available to you July 7-15 and you can make your reservation right away. The cutoff date for this rate is Monday, April 4, 2011. To make lodging reservations you can call the hotel at 1-800-927-7694 and identify yourself as an attendee of the 2011 UAHPERD Conference.

PLEASE NOTE: No Registrations will be accepted after July 1, 2011 (either online or via mail (postmarked)). All registrations after July 1 must be made on-site for the increased amounts listed on the Conference Registration form. The only way to use a credit card is to pay online (additional charge applies). A check should be sent with registrations send via U.S. Mail.
PRIZES
We will be giving away prizes several times during the conference: 11:45 am, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and at Closing Session - 3:30 pm. Everyone gets one ticket for registering for the conference. For each food donation conference goers will get extra tickets. If you bring in 3 canned goods, you will get your regular ticket plus 3 tickets (for a total of 4 tickets) for the prize drawings.
